At TruTailor Co, we make the experience of ordering a custom suit simple, personalized, and smooth. From your first consultation to the final fitting, our process ensures every garment is tailored to you.
Our clients work directly with certified sartorial stylists who guide them through every step—from selecting fabrics sourced from the world’s most respected mills such as Ermenegildo Zegna, Loro Piana, Scabal, Dormeuil, and Vitale Barberis Canonico, to refining the details that make each suit uniquely their own.
The first step is to schedule an appointment with one of our tailoring consultants. It generally takes 60-90 minutes. We will be able to answer any detailed questions you may have while guiding you through the process.
Once we have established your design direction, our consultant will have all available swatches within your ideal range, and will guide you through building your perfect garment.
When your garment arrives, you will return to the studio for your initial fitting appointment. Our consultant will address any adjustments necessary to your garment to ensure the suit reflects your desired style and comfort.
After any final tailoring adjustments are completed, your suit will be ready for delivery. You can choose to pick up at one of our locations, schedule a final fitting for perfection or have it shipped directly to you.
